Running into issues with opening keepass database. Earlier this month a keepass database I was using was no longer opening up. My composite key was just a master password that I had written down and have been using for about six years. I emailed my database to my work email to see if I could open there and I could not. I created a test database and was able to open it up. I used the test data base for a few days with no issues. I have not gone into my personal desktop for a coupole of weeks. I come back today and my test database will not open. Is my harddrive failing or is something else going on?
If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
The "composite key is invalid" message indicates you are entering an incorrect master key. Press the reveal password button on the "Enter Master Key" dialog and inspect the password for errors, including leading or trailing spaces.
"The file signature is invalid..." message indicates the database file is damaged or not a database file.

I just emailed my test data base to my work email. I was able to open it up at work. But I am still unable to open it up on my pc.
What is the error message?
The "composite key is invalid" message indicates you are entering an incorrect master key. Press the reveal password button on the "Enter Master Key" dialog and inspect the password for errors, including leading or trailing spaces.
"The file signature is invalid..." message indicates the database file is damaged or not a database file.
Check the password by clicking the 3 dots on the right of the password box
