Copy your password database (.kdbx file) from the old computer to your documents directory on the new computer.
Open the KeePass on the new computer. Using File>Open, navigate to the .kdbx file that you copied and open it.
Verify that everything is working before deleting your

If you use a key file. You must use the key file when you open the newly copied databases.
If you linked your original database to the windows User account, you must remove the link before copying the .kdbx file. On the original computer, open keepass, use File>Change Master Key..., remove the link to the Window User Account and save the database. Then copy it to the new computer, and complete step 3 above.
Additional optional step if you wish to retain user customized KeePass settings:
Copy the keepass.config.xml from its current location to the corresponding location on the new computer. The typical location of this file is: C:\Users\User Name\AppData\Roaming\KeePass\KeePass.config.xml. All possible locations are listed at: http://keepass.info/help/base/configuration.html

I used a master password only.
When I looked in File>Change Master Key...the box was unchecked to associate with a user.
Will there be any problem going from windows 32 to 64?

KeePass doesn't care if you use 32 or 64 bit.
