I have been observing a possible bug in KeePass for some time now, but I am not sure how to go about reproducing it reliably so that I can report it.
The bug, in short, is that auto type will occasionally type the wrong sequence or, more accurately, an incomplete sequence. The only behavioural pattern that I am able to notice is that it only happens once; when I re-try it is OK. I was not able to correlate it to a specific website and I kind of suspect that it only happens with entries that have TCATO enabled.
Any ideas and suggestions are welcome, but here is generally what I would like to do to collect more information:
be able to reproduce it at will
be able to capture what has been typed in order to compare to what had to be typed
find out if it only applies to some sites

I suggest keeping notes about what sites don't work, then try them again with and without TCATO.
There is no easy way to capture what has been typed except by typing into some other app that shows the text, like Notepad. That is the point of TCATO.

You could leave the Enter off the Auto-Type and then count the characters / attempt to copy the input.

OK, I may start tagging and adding notes about this to entries where I observe the issue. Has anyone else reported anything like this?
We sometimes get reports of issues with TCATO, but I don't remember anything that specific.
