I am using keepass for long and want to know, is it possible to use right click browser and windows manu to fill the credentials ? this facility will reduce the keyboard usage and complete the task with just two clicks,

I believe you are describing a feature often called "Form-Filling". Form-filling requires integration with the application that contains the form, for example a browser. KeePass does not natively support this integration, but there are 3rd party plugins available that do. See https://keepass.info/plugins.html#formfiller for several. I believe the first few in the list offer capabilities closest to what you are looking for.

I know this but in this you need to keep the KeePass on front but what I am looking is that if my database is open and KeePass in tray and I want to fill the user name and password or any other custom field then I can right click on field and it will show me title which are matching with the windows and then I can select that credential and it can fill the page, same way for any application or pdf or zip password protected where we can right click and KeePass item can be shown with title and with click it can fill the data, instead of using keyboard. I know presently it is not possible in current KeePass, this way it can be easy to use if setup correctly.

There is no plug-in that does this for KeePass.
You need to bring KeePass to the front, right click on the required entry and select the option.

FWIW I turn on "Show additional auto-type commands" under Tools > Options > Interface (1), Main Window.

  Almost everything is possible via plug-ins, but this is actually a browser add-in function. You then need a plug-in for the browser add-in to communicate with KeePass (something like KeePassHttp).

I do not want browser extenstion in this that is the reason I am using KeePass.

that is additional and no requirement as autotype works best without that plugins, only if you know and set properly the autotype
