I haven't used these, but my notes show 2 apparently good options.

https://keeweb.info/ Open source free no ads. not limits. Allows syncing through Dropbox.

For Apple stuff: https://strongboxsafe.com/
Allows cloud storage using onedrive, google drive, icloud or dropbox. Open source. New one.
