I have had some time and created a new version of KeeForm for Chrome and Firefox (and the new Edge).

Made some basic tests with actual x64 versions of Chrome and Firefox.
Works fine under Windows 10 for me.

  According to VirusTotal this is no new version of the installer
  and VirusTotal says only NOD32 detects something.
  As this is the same unchanged installer I installed a month ago
  and I run KeeForm since this time you can be shure there is no CoinMiner.
  I'm also running an actual Kaspersky Antivirus which detects nothing in the installer
  and also nothing in the installed KeeForm files.

Seems it was a false positive!

After submitting the file to Eset, this was their reply:

Thank you for your submission. It is a false positive of our scanner and this issue will be fixed in the next update of detection engine. Regards, ESET Malware Response Team

Sorry for the late response, but I have been traveling.

ESET has fixed this issue :-)

But now "McAfee-GW-Edition" flags it as Adware (however not McAfee ...) This is a false positive.

KeeForm does not collect any information, and KeeForm does not track you. There has never been any mal-, ad-, or mining-ware in KeeForm.

KeeForm has been around since 2005 :-)

Released version 2.1.1 of the KeeForm installer (KeeForm add-on and browser extensions have not changed).

The new installer works now on admin and non-admin accounts with UAC. It is now possible to run the installer without administrator rights, if the destination location is not a protected folder.

If the destination location is protected (e.g. c:\program files), the installer needs to be run explicitly with "Run as administrator".

Released version 2.2.1 of the KeeForm installer (browser extensions have not changed).

Completely rewrote installer. Installer will not install KeeForm in the KeePass folder anymore. This had created a lot of issues with non-admin Users. In addtition Installation will not require administrator privileges anymore.

Because of the folder change, It is recommend to uninstall KeeForm before re-installing it.
