Hello - after a disc crash and a rebuild on a new drive last week, I re-installed KeePass. It works fine, BUT every time I use it I have to re-locate my kdb and keyfile.
Why doesn't KeePass remember these files like it used to and what do I do to make these files stick? I used the ...setup file, not the portable one.

If path to the last used data is saved in a KeePass.enforced.ini file, or the KeePass.ini file is read-only (it shouldn't be), KeePass 1.x will contiune to use the old path.

Rename your ini file(s) while KeePass is not running and restart KeePass. Navigate to the new location for you database and open it. KeePass will remember the new location.
