MiniKeePass Visa Credit Card Not Functioning

My KeePass worked great on my Android.
I installed MiniKeePass on my iPhone X and the app doesn't allow the Id or password to populate for Chase Visa or LLBean Visa. MiniKeePass works on other credit cards, banks, financial institutions.
What is the problem and how do I fix?

MiniKeePass and all of the iPhone KeePass apps are 3rd party ports of KeePass authored by different developers. The feature set of these ports may be quite different. Help with MiniKeePass can be found on the MiniKeePass support site at https://github.com/MiniKeePass/MiniKeePass/issues.

You could try KeePassXC or KeeWeb instead.
