Is it possible to modify custom keyboard shortcuts or they must remain as they're?

If yes, then how can I do this?

Either I am blind or I don't see proper menu item, configuration section or help page. I only see how can I change global hot keys.

Keyboard shortcuts are non-customizable built-in keystroke sequences that are local to KeePass (work only when KeePass has the focus).

Global hot keys are customizable keystroke sequences that are global (work when KeePass does not have the focus) so long as KeePass is running.

Does this mean that global hot keys does not work, if KeePass is in the foreground / as an active application?

If KeePass has focus the global hot keys won't work because they are designed to be used when another app has focus.
