I have three vanilla Windows 10 pro installs all using KP, for this reason I don't like to change indivual settings across hardware (the solution for changing KP fonts)
This particular issue has caught me out more than once, the pass word field uses a different type of ffont making individual charecter identifaction easy, however in the notes field in lower case, writing 'r' next to 'm' as in rm looks to me like 'm' side by side they look like rm m - kinda similar.
Feature request:
Would it be possible to introduce some sort of numbered password count for when vendors ask - charecter number 11 please, at the moment I use the notes field breaking passwords into blocks of four for easier counting (notes field only).
Many thanks for such a useful tool.

KeePass has its own settings for fonts (accessible from the Interface tab of the Options dialog), but if you're unwilling to customize these settings, I don't know how we can help you - but if you do want to change one or both of these, I suggest trying the Consolas font.
For selecting characters from a password or other field when you don't know in advance which characters will be needed, check out the {PICKCHARS} placeholder.
Yes, the SourceForge message entry form does not activate your browser's spell checker; I deal with this by typing my messages into another program with a spell checker, and then copying and pasting the message into the SF page.

That is the pickchars representation of a 12 character field - you can pick certain characters by clicking on the numbers, or you can type characters in the box which will be used.
What is the page asking for? We will suggest a solution.
cheers, Paul

To get KeePass to show this, first try navigating the page in question without KeePass, using only the keyboard. Let's assume the page needs your user name and a press of the Tab key to get to the password field, but only wants the 3rd, 8th, and 5th characters of your password - and those numbers change every time. Go to the KeePass entry for this site, open the edit window, and click on the Auto-Type tab. Click the button for "Override default sequence", replace "{PASSWORD}" with "{PICKCHARS}", and save the changes. Next time you trigger Auto-Type with this entry, instead of just tyipng the whole password for you, KeePass will show this dialog where you can press buttons 3, 8, and 5 (or whatever) before it starts typing into the Web page.

Try it, don't take my word for it.
Using the rec solution, gives increments of 25% going from std to bay mode.
no speall chwqqqqwr ffs
Use the {PICKSHARS} place holder to provide specific characters from a field.

Not sure what you are saying in your second post.
cheers, Paul

Apologies for the garbled message, basically using Windows to increase the font only allows increments of 25% which is too much for other apps.
Changed the 'list' and 'password' font but the notes field still remains small, thanks for the suggestions tho as helpful.
The PICKCHARS place holder looks very useful, will try that out over the holidays.
Thank again.
Could anyone explain how to create this window please

Searched the help contents, also read Paul's Visa example but struggling to see how it's implemented.
Thanks,
