Converter for SplashID Safe 3.32 for Symbian S60v2 (may be S60v1 and S60v3 too) to KeePass 1.x CSV

SplashID Safe 3.32 for Symbian S60v2 has no ability to export passwords to a .vid file, which may be used to import to KeePass. The ability to export to a .vid file was added in SplashID Safe 3.33 for Symbian S60v3 (third edition).
One of the ways to migrate to KeePass from SplashID Safe 3.32 for Symbian S60v2 is:

1. Transfer passwords from S60v2 phone (SplashID Safe 3.32 for Symbian S60v2) to S60v3 phone (SplashID Safe 3.33 for Symbian S60v3)
2. Export from SplashID Safe 3.33 for Symbian S60v3 to .vid
3. Import from .vid to SplashID Safe Standalone (Desktop)
4. Export form SplashID Safe Standalone (Desktop) to SplashID .csv
5. Import from SPlashID .csv to KeePass
   Also may be used .vid to KeePass xml converter from here https://github.com/linuxsquad/Convert-SplashID-to-KeePassX instead of 3, 4.
   I've created small command line utility to convert from SplashID Safe 3.32 for Symbian S60v2 (decrypted database) to KeePass 1.x csv. Phone with S60v3 no longer needed. But needed a phone or PC with ability to receive files via bluetooth (or IR).
   My way to migrate from SplashID Safe 3.32 for Symbian S60v2 to KeePass:
6. Send passwords from SplashID Safe 3.32 for Symbian S60v2 via bluetooth to PC (or any other phone, and then move to PC). The .aRc file will be received.
7. Convert .aRc file to KeePass 1.x .csv
8. Import from KeePass 1.x .csv to KeePass.
