#2432 TOTP generation looks good but fails secretly

When I enter an invalid totp secret (some websites offer it with spaces, for example, and I usually just paste those) and use Ctrl+T, the Clipboard seems to be filled (the green clipboard clear timer, the status line all look fine) but it's empty.

The same happens when using the context menu. The only method by what I got something indicating what the problem was, was using "right click on entry - other data - show time based otp" (or Ctrl+Shift+T). That indicated a (rather obscure) problem ("one identified entry has an invalid format").

• The error message could be shown on entering the secret
• An error message should be shown whenever generating a totp fails
• The error message could be better at indicating where the problem is

Version now is 2.61.1 (x64), but the issue was there before that.

Thanks for your invaluable work with keepass. I don't know what I'd do without it.
