Keepass 2.61, windows 11 25H2
Start Keepass, search for an entry, double click to open => Popup windows crash
Click on continue to bypass
Delete the entry, recreate it => no pb

During the operations that you mentioned, KeePass doesn't use any DataGridView. So, the exception must be caused by one of the plugins that you have installed.
