Normally, KeePass 2 shows a shortened text with an ellipsis if the text would not fit into a grid column. However, when the text size is very close to the column size, the ellipsis is not visible. I've attached a screenshot that demonstrates the problem on Windows 10. In the upper third of the screenshot, the title column is long enough to hold the entire title, in the second third it's just a little bit too short and doesn't show an ellipsis, and in the last third it's even shorter and finally shows the expected ellipsis.

I tested this on Windows 7 and 10, but cannot reproduce the issue. In any case, list views are drawn by Windows, not by KeePass itself. So, this must be fixed in Windows.

Strange, because this is pretty much a vanilla Windows 10 installation with all updates installed.
W10 with its continuous updates and dodgy drivers may be at fault.
