'Minimize to tray instead of taskbar' does not work. And tray icon does not appear correctly.
(Curiously, they work right if keepass is opened as root user)
:/
And I cannot select 'Minimize main window after opening a database'. :(

KeePass doesn't work well with the tray in Ubuntu. Try the Ubuntu plug-ins to see if that fixes the issue.

cheers, Paul
The tray icon is handled by Mono, i.e. if it doesn't work properly, this is a Mono bug. The tray icon plugin might help as a workaround.
The option 'Minimize main window after opening a database' is grayed out on Linux, because it doesn't work correctly due to Mono bugs.
