#1236 versin 2.26 aborts under xp

I just updated to 2.26 on my xp system. each time I start (from shortcut) up keepass it aborts. attached is the trace -- I had to revert to 2.25

The odd thing is that when I unzipped the portable version (2.26) an ran the exe from the cmd line it worked
