#1115 Lock workspace does not work with open windows

KeePass does not lock the workspace if a window is open, thus effectively ignoring the "Lock workspace" options.

REPRODUCE:

• Set "Lock workspace after KeePass inactivity" to a low value, eg. 10 seconds.
• Open a window, eg. Tools -> Generate password
• Wait 10 seconds.
• Notice nothing happends. The workspace is not locked.

When the "Generate password" window is closed, the workspace isn't locked either. The user still has access to his passwords.

EXPECTED:

• After the inactivity timeout the workspace should be locked, regardless of any open windows.
