Hi Fanda, Thanks for the reply. I'm very puzzled now - I tried reproducing the bug and at least in the first 10 pages or so, don't see those errors! Maybe some library got updated during an apt-get dist-upgrade which fixed the problem? I'll try some different numbers/starting digits and see if the bug reappears. If not, please feel free to drop this issue :) Would it be possible, though, to find out why the PDF/PS files are so huge? For 7000 barcodes, the file size is 107MB.
