Randy -- No worries on the timing, I think we all understand busy schedules and being stretched too thin. Here's a few notes for you. I'm on holiday right now, if no one else responds by the time i return, I'll put together some more notes for you. The red X you're seeing can be due to the barcode format you've selected, the shape and ratio may be wrong size or it doesn't have complete data and won't have until it receives data from the Articles table in the database. You'll need to see what format of barcode data your scanner supports before you choose a format. a simple format is Code 39 [GNU Barcode] and most barcode scanners support it. The [serial] tag goes into the Values field in the properties of the barcode and it will be populated as you work your way thru the batch print dialogue.
