Hi I have submitted some initial benchmarking tests for the CUDATransformPoints and TransformPoints plugins. At this stage (on my hardware) it seems as if the CPU implementation still inches ahead, but the kernel implemented is still in its very early stages. My next step is to merge all the CUDA code into a single module (I know it should have been done already, but I had to get some tests for the mesh modifiers out before I did anything else) after which I will spend a little time tuning the transformation kernel - the advantage is that many of the deformation plugins use the same code with the only difference being the matrix that is used in the transformation, so their conversion should be easy and any performance gained here will benefit all the plugins.
