Not exactly, I was talking about the constrained version, the very one that's not handled by QHull. Delaunay triangulation makes a surface from a random set of points : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Delaunay_triangulation Constrained version triangulates a contour, and what we want is a conforming triangulation that outputs regular triangles : http://www.cs.cmu.edu/~quake/tripaper/triangle3.html (Figure 9) Unfortunately, the only robust C/C++ library I've found is the non-free Triangle : http://www.cs.cmu.edu/~quake/triangle.html GTS has experimental support, but last time I checked, it was crashing a lot.
