Ahh, I thought it was supposed to but I didn't see it. So I went ahead and killed all my k3b settings files in my .kde directory, and now K3b 0.8 looks drastically different. I suggest to anyone having problems, to do this, blow away your k3b settings in .kde/share/apps and .kde/share/config this should start you from scratch and let 0.8 create the files the way it wants them. I don't think this is anywhere on the webpage, but I think you should put it up as a note with the release info. Also, my Plextor PX-32TS is still coming up as a cd writer, which it definitly is not. I know you (Sebastian) said using the kde drive detection stuff would fix this problem, but so far its still a problem in K3b, is there a possibility of putting some code in so that if k3b detects this drive "PLEXTOR CD-ROM PX-32TS" in the system that it won't list it as a cd writer? The problem is, this drive comes up as the default writer and I always have to switch it to my real cd writer. thanks! -Steven On Saturday 15 February 2003 05:31, Sebastian Trueg wrote: > On Friday 14 February 2003 17:25, Steven Adeff wrote: > > I know bin/cue burning in 0.8 is broken, for some reason k3b doesn't > > recognize that your burning a bin/cue set.
