[K3b-user] k3b problem with encoding

Hi,

I don't know if this is actually k3b's fault, or something that k3b is
using.  In any case, it said to send email, so here it is.  k3b 0.12 is
much nicer than 0.11, and I'm using 0.12.1-1 as packaged by Debian.

Incorrectly encoded string (Notes pour la pr=E9sentation de Maurice
Basque.doc) encountered.
Possibly creating an invalid Joliet extension. Aborting.

The problem appears to be with the encoding of the e' into Joliet.  If I
rename that file, the problem goes away.  If you need more information,
I'll be happy to provide it.
