My name is Ariel Gross and I am the President & CEO of NSIcom. I would like
to introduce NSIcom to your organization please. Obviously, it will be my

NSIcom develops and markets JVM products that optimize and facilitate the
use of Personal Java technology from Sun Microsystems on any Embedded Real
Time System. 

Our main product line is the JSCP, a JVM which tailors the original
PersonalJava and maintains strict adherence to SUN's compliance
requirements. Our CrEme product family extends the JSCP to provide a similar
Java solution dedicated to Windows CE operating systems. JSCP also includes
the first industry implementation of Truffle PersonalJava Graphics toolkit,
specially tailored for the TV display. 

NSIcom's JVM technology has been deployed on Handheld, Pocket PC, PDAs
devices and on leading Set-Top Box Platforms, such as IBM, NEC - EMMA,
TriMedia/Philips Set-Top Boxes. We have implemented our JVM to most deployed
CPU/OS combinations and with 13 successful STBs implementations we believe
that both organizations can benefit from joint cooperation. Further, as an
active DVB member we are committed to DVB-MHP and are familiar with the
requirements.

Among our partners are: SUN, IBM Microelectronics, NEC, Siemens, Sagem,
ByteCodes, Bitstream, Microsoft, MIPS, TriMedia, WindRiver, Espial,
PointBase. 

The technology we offer allows the fastest possible turnaround from the
design stage to deployment of Java-Enabled Devices.
