[Jython-dev] questions concering Jython 2.0

Dear all,
 
I have two questions about Jython:
 
- is Jython an open source software?
- is it possible to have a support agreement for Jython (I talk about
customer support --> e.g. using Jython together with other software products
and an error occurs.It might be possible that the error refers to Jython. Is
there the possibility to establish a support agreement which allows to
transfer calls/problem messages)?
