I presume this is specific to CPython 2.1 - I don't seem to have it with my CPython 2.0 installation (and 2.1 does not yet exist for debian since they're still working on the mechanics of a seamless upgrade from a joint 2.0/1.5 installation AFAIK). I'm running from alpha3 (well, I checked out from CVS with the alpha3 tags). So am I right to conclude that if you don't use the binary installer then CPython >= 2.1 is a prerequisite for using jythonc? Ben. |
