Summary: ya import logic rework

Initial Comment:
The patch should increase CPython comp
wrt import logic and solve

438108 __getitem__ called when it shouldn't? 

and other import bugs. The code is now more similar
to the CPython counterpart. Trying just to patch
the patched JPython logic again -I think - would not 
have been the right solution.
