I've missed the start of this thread, but it looks like the Jython
project lost some data.  There were recent reports that a root
password was cracked on SF, so I wonder if this is related?

I have been downloading nightly snapshots of the cvs repository since
16-May-2001.  Finn, if this will help you I'm happy to send you
whichever tarball you need.  But if the lost data wasn't in cvs,
these won't help.
