Hello all, I have found a nice tool to integrate Jython with JBuilder5, it is JBJython. It seems to work fine, but I don't understand how to manage libraries with JBJython. I have tried to use a Python script (a Python class) that supclasses a Java class which belongs to a separate Java package. I get a NoClassDefinitionError even if I include the Java package inside JBuilder (project properties/requiered liraries). But it works if I write the path to the Java package in the python.path property of the Jython registry file. Is it necessary to 'statically' write the path to each used Java package in the Jython registry i.e. can't I just select and include the packages inside the JBuilder environment as I am used to? By the way: I found out that I only can start the Jython script right-clicking it. I can't use the Run button because I can't choose a main class. Or else, what is the main class supposed to be? Thanks for any help Johannes |
