attribute did not accept any value

Tn the JXweb and the JXplorer aPresentationAddress 
attribute did not accept any value.

following values has been tried
- {nsap=tcp "echidna" port 12345}
- {nsap=tcp echidna port 12345}
- nsap=tcp "echidna" port 12345
- {nsap=tcp "echidna" port=12345}

It gave an error massage.
