Summary: playing audio in jxplorer fails with a foreign language path

Initial Comment:
Loading an audio file from a path (folder) with 
foreign characters like Japanese into JXplorers audio 
table editor field and then clicking on submit works 
fine but when trying to play the audio file gives the 
following error:

Thu Sep 25 08:27:05 JST 2003: error Error with audio 
file: java.io.IOException:
could not create audio stream from input stream
