#31 Possibility to localize the inbox name

Currently all folders are displayed with the same name
as on the server.

Since the inbox is always called inbox, some german
speaking users won't recognize it as the "Posteingang"

It would be much simpler for the endusers to see well
known names of folders.

    1. The INBOX should not be displayed in the folder list, but just in the page
header. There the name is definately translated to the session locale.
I have never seen it on the actual folder list (Exchange and UW imapd), so probably
if it is there, it is particular to your server. If it is nothing too particular, then we
should probably filter it from the list.
    2. I don't think that we should be too smart about i18n. I assume that a user that
puts his "special" folders will give them approbiate names in his language.
I know that OS X does something similar for folders it knows, but I think that this
    is rather confusing sometimes.

    Regards,
    Dieter
