#94 Folder list prepared on login but not required

The subfolder list of the root folder was prepared
although not required for the actual jwma behaviour
that will automatically forward the user to the INBOX.

This has a performance impact and might cause extended
delays on login.

The subfolder list of the rootfolder is no longer prepared
on login.
This will also enhance the login time on the first time
login, when forwarding to the Settings view.
The fix will be in the next commit and will make it into the
first Struts based release.
