#43 IMAP port zero whenJwmaController overriding postoffice

When the property jwma.postoffice.allowoverride is true,
JwmaSession.setPostOfficeHost doesn't set
m_PostOfficePort, so it ends up being zero instead of 143
(for IMAP).

The logic in setPostOfficeHost sets it to -1 in other cases. I
did the same for this case, although you may want to
implement the patch differently.

Thanks for the bug report and fix suggestion. I have fixed the problem
accordingly, and will commit changes with a bunch of other updates.
