In theory it should be able support any language though unfortunately there is no Arabic template (if you need one, you could translate an existing template). As for Arabic e-mails I don't know why that would happen. Can you provide us with: a- A sample e-mail that will show up in JWebMail having funny characters and, b- A screen shot of JWebMail showing this message.
