1.) Yes. I've gotten lots of complaints over the years about the native spacing of Junicode being too wide (it's due to the many precomposed characters with stacked diacritics), and I've taken various steps to tighten it up. 2.) The glyphs in Foulis Greek were originally in the Greek range of Junicode. That turned out not to be practical (if only because there was never going to be an italic or bold variant), but I didn't want to simply discard the Greek, so I moved it into its own font. It's for the one or two people in the world who want to set Greek in an 18th-century Scottish style; others can ignore it. 3.) I knew I was forgetting something! I'll add woff to the makefile.
