A bold suggestion perhaps: It would be super neat if Junicode included a de ligature. This occasionally occurs in German medieval manuscripts, for instance in Prague, National Library, Cod. XXIII.G.43 on more or less every page. I am not quite sure if the round d with e superscript that was introduced in MUFI 4.1 is a suitable representation of this ligature.
You mean this? Interesting. I'm not sure if it's possible to add new things to MUFI at this point, so it would have to sneak in some other way--perhaps as a historical ligature.
