#55 Missing 1EDB (ẽ) char in Italic Bold face.

Hello,

The character "latin small letter e with tilde" (1EBD, ẽ) is missing in Italic Bold font face.

It'd be wonderful to have it as I'm currently doing a transcription of a XVII play and it's used in there.

Many things are missing from the bold faces, but I'll add this, since a bug fix release is due soon.
