According to the MUFI font page, Junicode 6 covers all of MUFI 1.0 and much of 2.0 and 3.0, but version 4.0 has been released in late 2015, adding few new characters and removing several PUA assignments due to their inclusion in Unicode 8. It would be cool if Junicode could be updated to fully support MUFI 4.0.
If Junicode 7 (since 2012) actually supports more than what is claimed on the MUFI site, they should probably be informed about that.
