It would be appreciated if you could add ⸵, the turned semicolon (Unicode: U+2E35, UTF-8: E2 B8 B5). This has been suggested as a the best Unicode fallback to the punctus elevatus, but it is available in almost no typefaces.
Given that there is now a proper punctus elevatus at U+2E4E, this should not be necessary.
