There appears to be a bug in the Junicode fonts (using the junicode-0.6.15.zip package) that manifests itself under certain conditions.
1) Create a new document in InDesign with the top margin set to 6p1.5 and bottom margin set to 5p6. (Set inside/outside to a desired value.)
2) Under Edit | Preferences | Grids (in Windows), set the grid to start at 3p0 and to increment every 0p7.5.
3) Set the Basic Character Formats of the [Basic Paragraph] style to Junicode Regular at 10.325 pt on 15 pt leading.
4) Show the baseline grid (Alt + Ctrl + ' under Windows).
5) Create a text box (if necessary), set the cursor, and type or insert one or more lines of text. Note that the text is set on the first line of the baseline grid.
6) Select a word in the first line and set it in italic, bold, or bold italic. Note that the text shifts down to the second line of the baseline grid.
Obviously, this bug manifests itself under some pretty specific conditions and is readily enough circumvented, but it is a bug for all that. . . .

Unfortunately, it's a thing I can't check, since I don't have a copy of InDesign. I've never seen a problem like this in the programs I use to test.
