Running verions above- Juice will grab the files, but
won't put them in iTunes automatically. It can be done
manually.
When I shut down iTunes, I do getting a warning that
another program is usng the scripting interface so I
think Juice does have some hooks in there

I'm been having the same problem since I upgraded Itunes to 7.02.16. My version of Juice is also 2.22.
Slightly offtopic, I was trying to see if anyone else was having problems with this on your forums, but your forums have been down for around a week now.
