#179 Does not recognize downloads completed (redownloads)

I added this feed to Juice:

http://www.galacticwatercooler.com/category/Podcast/feed

For some reason, Juice doesn't realize the downloaded completed successfully even though the UI says 100.0%. So the next run it downloads the episodes again. See attached screenshot. Not a big deal as I unsubscribed to that feed.
