#131 Download reaches 100% but never marked as downloaded

The problem occurs with a podcast from BBC:

http://downloads.bbc.co.uk/podcasts/worldservice/how2/rss.xml

Juice download the file until it reaches 100% but never mark it as downloaded.

If the catchup button is pressed, Juice download again the same file.

The file remains forever in "downloading" status.
