#112 Won't launch - what am I doing wrong?

I have a similar problem. I get the following error message on my log:

I also have what appears to be the same problem. Juice launched and worked ok upon initial installation. Thereafter, it would not launch and gave the same error message. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and still got the error message. The logfile is:
