I suddenly had a problem downloading podcasts -- when i check the log, it says :

Can't grab http://media.slate.com.nyud.net:8090/podcast/Slate070404_Dowd.mp3: DNS lookup failure

any ideas what might be going wrong and what i might be able to do to troubleshoot?

uncheck the "use coralize network" and your downloads will work. Found in file/preferences/network settings.
I've had the same thing happen.

are you able to get the error and then able to do a DNS Lookup manually using your computer? Can you goto the website http://media.slate.com.nyud.net/ when you get the error? Do you continue to get the error after viewing the previously mentioned web page?

*Note, DNS Lookup for media.slate.com.nyud.net is slow*

I get the same problem. Juice will download for about 20 minutes. It locks up, and I must disable then re-enable the LAN connection before I can get ANY further network activity. But Juice will only run for about 1 minute before locking up again. I haven't tried re-booting yet.
