I also have lots of problems with this particular podcast. The submitted problem seems to be caused by the fact that all 1UP Yours podcasts have the filename "redirect.mp3", which is supposed to be renamed to a unique filename when the download finished. However earlier this month one of the podcasts was not renamed, and the downloaded file was left as "redirect.mp3". I think Juice checks the new podcasts against this name, and decides that they've all been downloaded already. Renaming the "redirect.mp3" file means the new podcasts can be downloaded.
However I also have another ongoing problem with this particular podcast. About once a month Juice re-downloads the entire 1UP Yours back catalog - over 18 months worth! This is the only podcast of my 20+ podcasts I have any problems with, so I assume that the problem lies with the podcast itself, but would be nice if Juice could handle whatever wacky thing they're doing...
