Hi everyone, i am trying to use FlightGear to visualise the data of JSBSim. As the documentation point "3.1 Flightgear" is empty, is there any prerelease of this section? If not, any other doc's which could help? Is it enough to define this output in the aircraft.xml file like: <output name="10.20.101.49" type="FLIGHTGEAR" port="5500" protocol="UDP" rate="30"></output> or do i have to call the FlightGearSocketOutput() by "hand"? My first tries to connect the JSBSim to FlightGear was: _First start FlightGear: D:\FlightGear\bin\Win32\fgfs --native=socket,in,30,10.20.101.49,5500,udp --fdm=external _Then start JSBSim with a line in aircraft.xml like this: <output name="10.20.101.49" type="FLIGHTGEAR" port="5500" protocol="UDP" rate="30"></output> but the model in Flightgear didn't move at all. I played around with some parameters, but without a clue what is going wrong and where to start. Has anyone a hint or doc how to connect JSBSim to FlightGear? Thanks in advance Greetings Markus |
