I just test it new version 0.8-beta1.
the minimize on close works fine. But the icon on the notification area is:
- still looking bigger and ... a little bit ugly (I am sorry for the word, but I can not find better)
- from the icon in the notification area I can only restore the main window, I can not initiate minimize. I.e. when the program window is opened when I press Notification Area icon I am expecting the program to minimize in it.

yes, the icon is wrong, this is a bug and should get fixed before V0.8 stable.
For the rest, I'll see what I can do...
With V0.8 beta 2 this should be fixed
