I just found your software through PortableApps, couldnt believe how complete it was - I then looked at the size of the package and Wow!, small. You get used to image software being huge & slow. I love so much the use of full screen without distractions but heaps of functionality hidden. I like the ability to compare two images and I often have multiple images to compare and select the best. To select the best I like to compare the "full image" for framing and overall impression (like Ctrl+M now) as well as compare two windows both zoomed to 100% , 1:1 to pick the tightest focus on the point of interest or to look for blur from small camera movements. Toggling between images currently resets the zoom to show the whole image. It would be nice to maintain the 1:1 on both frames. (A really handy function after shooting in low light and using "continuous" to shoot multiple images in order to get one good one.)
(I was going to suggest the ability to show a complete EXIF dump, but you've already allowed for that by giving users the ability to run exiftool by programming up a hotkey) .... Once again congratulations on such a great piece of software. Jeff. Melbourne, Australia.
You can do that easily:
Just press F4 before you toggle between images (this keeps parameters and zoom and pan), then toggling between images will not change the current zoom factor and also retain the pan.
Pressing F4 again disables the 'keep parameters' mode. You can also use the 'pin' icon on the navigation panel.
